At CHAM CHAM we want to ensure our clients receive garments that are made with love & passion specially for them.
Each outfit order placed at CHAM CHAM is put into production after receiving the size & payment confirmation from the client, hence due to the time & effort that goes into making the design we currently do not offer exchange or returns. Should you however need any alterations in your outfit we are happy to offer that service free of charge. Please do note any charges associated with sending the outfit back to us for alterations are to be borne by the client.

Yes, we offer free shipping to the UAE. However, since our production facility is in Mumbai, India. All our products are shipped from Mumbai. Any local government custom duties or taxes, if any, will be charged as per actuals at the time of delivery.
